A new re-inforced white PVC membrane roofing material installed on flat roof near Cleveland, Ohio. The previous roof was covered with four inches of different roofing material. A couple layers of asphalt built up roofing, a layer of cold process rolled roofing and coatings. Over that was a cover board and a rubber membrane roof system. All of this was removed and extensive roof decking rot repaired before the installation of the new PVC roofing material. Copper sheet metal, wall coping / flashing was installed to counterflash the parapet walls.
